Regional has the experience and capability necessary to design and implement a facility based solution satisfying your unique needs. We begin with an analysis to determine your specific requirements. As part of the analysis we address RF coverage issues, critical access, capacity requirements, back up equipment and redundancy, ac power requirements and telephone or computer interfacing.
Design:
The system design will be the product of over 30 years’ experience in providing radio paging based solutions. Regional gained much of its experience designing, installing and maintaining large wide area carrier based systems as well as it’s private facility based systems. This unique experience gives Regional the ability to design a solution that takes advantage of many different technologies. The depth of knowledge and experience results in a comprehensive design service, namely the right solution to your problem.
Implementation:
Regional provides project management and installation capabilities that will insure that the system installation and implementation will go smoothly. Providing technical support when interfacing with the telecommunications supplier is a critical aspect to meeting project goals. Final testing, acceptance and training will put a wrap on your custom solution.
Service Support:
We service and support the systems we design and install. No need to deal with a third-party vendor when your system fails. We provide total system maintenance. From the fixed end to the pagers that operate on the system. Our technical services include remote support. For larger systems, the ability for our technical staff to remotely access the system is designed in. This will allow Regional’s highly skilled technical staff to provide support without the need to always send a technician onsite. This also allows us to the assist your staff with any operational problems you may be having. In the event of an equipment failure, Regional will attempt to remotely restore your system to full operation, this means your problem is addressed in the most cost effective and timely manner possible. When remote access is not the solution Regional has a staff of experienced and trained technicians that can show up onsite to restore your system to full operation. Via contract, emergency support and response is available 24 hours a day.
